This confirmation screen is normal
When an APK is downloaded directly through a browser, some devices may show a message such as "This file may be harmful." This is a standard confirmation for direct APK files. Make sure the file name is "release.apk", then choose "Continue" or "Continue download". After saving, open "release.apk" from notifications or your browser downloads list and follow the installation prompts.
